Corn or Makai is a safe and wonderful food. My baby was extremely attracted to the bright yellow color and loved the sweet taste. Sweet corns are loaded with proteins, Vitamin B, folate. They are a great source of dietary fiber and minerals. It helps in weight gain and the rich B complex present in sweet corn ar helpful in body growth and development. The natural laxatives present in sweet corn seeds relieves constipation.
But sweet corn may be a choking hazard. Instead of giving regular puree. I thought to prepare delicious sweet corn paratha so that my baby can enjoy the sweet taste of corns without any risk.
