Easy to Make Healthy Bread Pastry

  • Chopped Strawberries
  • Chopped Kiwi
  • Chopped Melon
  • Chopped Banana
  • Chopped Blueberries
  • Chopped Mangoes
  • 4 slices brown bread
  • 1 cup low fat hung curd
  • 1 tbsp milk powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar or honey
  • Few drops vanilla essence
  1. Take 4 fresh brown bread slices and trim the edges.
  2. In a bowl take 1 cup low fat hung curd and 1 tbsp milk powder and mix well.
  3. Now add 2 tbsp sugar or honey and few drops vanilla essence and mix until smooth.
  4. Divide the mixture into two parts.
  5. Add the chopped fruits and some nuts and mix with one ½ of the yogurt mixture.
  6. Spread this fruits and nuts mixture on a slice of bread and cover with another. Keep making layers for all the 4 slices of bread.
  7. Use the ½ half of plain mixture to cover the pastry and serve immediately.
